大连东港商务区国际游艇港位于大连市东港商务区音乐喷泉广场东侧，其中港池面积约7公顷，陆域面积约3公顷，是东北地区最大的城市中心游艇港；共有222个游艇泊位。其中：30米游艇泊位4个、24米游艇泊位24个、20米游艇泊位64个、15米游艇泊位80个、10米游艇泊位50个。

Dalian Donggang International Marina is located on the east side of Fountain Plaza, holding 7-hectare water area and 3-hectare lands, which is the largest downtown marina in Northeast China. With 222 berths in total, there are 4 for 30-meter-long yachts, 24 for 24-meter’s, 64 for 20-meter’s, 80 for 15-meter’s and 50 for 10-meter’s.

Donggang International Marina has good condition of hydrogeology, and is prevented by the breakwater,ensuring the safety of yachts. The facilities inside the marina have been equipped with high-level machines,and the supporting service is getting gradually completed. The marina is 500 meters away from the main course of Dalian Port in the north, neighboring the 6-kilometer-long, 80-meter-wide waterfront in the east and separated from Haichang Oriental Venice by only one road in the south.

大连东港商务区开发建设管理有限公司（简称“招标人”） 欲出租位于大连东港商务区国际会议中心东侧200米国际游艇港。对游艇港承包人进行国内外公开招标。现将有关事项公告如下：

1、项目名称：大连东港商务区国际游艇港经营权招商
2、招标地点：大连东港商务区国际会议中心东侧200米国际游艇港。
3、出租规模：大连东港商务区国际会议中心东行200米国际游艇港，泊位222个，水域面积约6
     万平方米，陆域面积约3万平方米。数据仅作参考，以实地现状为准，我公司不承担所列泊
     位数及面积与实测泊位数及面积差异的责任，不以此调整租赁价。
4、租赁期：十年。期满后享有优先续约权。

注册资金1000万以上（含），需提供游艇俱乐部运营资质等相关备案手续。管理秩序正规，企业形象良好，无行政处罚、无法律纠纷。（注：鉴于东港商务区的功能定位要求，须同时制定游艇港的《智慧管理实施方案》，建设满足日后游艇港经营的临时性休闲娱乐服务等辅助配套设施，租赁期到期后所有权归招租人所有）。

·  The tenderer should be enterprises with no less than RMB 10,000,000 yuan registered fund.
·  The tenderer should be certified with license of running a yacht club.
·  The tenderer should be good in corporate identity, without any illegal history.
·  The tenderer need to carry out a technological management scheme to assume Donggang Business    District’s functional orientation.

1、报名时须携带资料：投标企业营业执照、法定代表人身份证、委托代理人身份证、符合投标
     人资格要求的俱乐部资质、备案许可证。以上材料原件及复印件（复印件需加盖公章）各一
     份。
2、报名及领取招标文件时间：2016年6月20日至24日（节假日休息），上午9：00-11：30、
     下午13：30-17：00，逾期不再接受。
3、招商说明会时间：2016年6月27日上午10：00实地了解项目情况及项目说明。
